The 9-hole Strochenplatz course of the Hanseatischer Golfclub e.V. in Greifswald is located right in front of the gates of the university and Hanseatic town of Greifswald. Renowned golf course architect Christoph Städler has designed a tricky course which offers something of interest for players of all handicaps. There are covered tee-off places on a very generously sized driving range, grass tees, a large putting green with the chance to chip and a spacious pitching area. Besides this, everyone can take his or her first golfing steps on three par-3 holes that lead around a beautiful lake.
